Last December, we had an opportunity to joint venture with an established contractor in Montana. After finishing up with our due diligence, we decided to go for it. The planned project was 6 weeks, but there were several delays due to bad weather and city council election campaign in the area. You might think, what does the election have to do with rehabbing project? Every stage of the construction has to be approved by the city inspector. Due to the city council election campaign, the inspector’s schedule has not been as often as it is in regular days.
